NATURALLY FINISHED
The grain that is fed during the final finishing stage consists of corn, peas, or sunflower seeds. This ratio is grown, mixed and fed on the farm daily. The cattle are also fed free choice alfalfa hay, millet, grass and always have clean fresh water. This ensures the animals are healthy and content.
NATURALLY AGED
Humane and sanitary handling of our animals is top priority in our program. The facility where the processing takes place is a small family owned and operated USDA certified facility. Our animals are processed at approximately 24 months of age. The animal is then dry aged for a minimum of 21 days. Water or chemicals are never added to our meat.

Slower growth means more flavor in the meat. Highland beef is unsurpassed for flavor and tenderness.
